The house is in a resort area of Guatemala, Rio Dulce. It is not quite finished, but we live in it comfortably. The property is approx.125'X 95', it overlooks lake Izabal the largest lake in Guatemala. The house was started with a bed and breakfast or a small hotel in mind, it is very big, over 5 thousand square feet. There is plumbing and electrical provision for a future swimming pool, we have dug a deep well that provides good and plentiful water. We have four bedrooms and three baths completed, with room for four more bedrooms. The house is built like a castle, all concrete and block. It has an observation deck on top of the second story. There are two separate out buildings, one is a work shop and the other is a pump house, for the well.

The owner is interested in to change this object with a sail yacht.
